Two Iranian officials in Qatar and Kuwait

Iranian sources said that the Special Envoy of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will visit Qatar on Tuesday, while visiting Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi, Kuwait on Wednesday, amid tensions inrelations between Tehran and the GCC countries against the backdrop of protests in Bahrain
He said the Iranian ambassador in Qatar, Abdullah Sohrabi said Mohammad Reza Sheibani, an assistant secretary of state for the Middle East and Commonwealth of Independent States will meet the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, where deliver a letter from Iranian President, will also meet with senior Qatari officials, according to the news agency reported Iranian official (IRNA) on its website Monday
 
Shibani will discuss with Qatari officials - according to the agency - bilateral relations and international and regional affairs especially the current situation in some Arab countries.

The Salehi visited earlier in both Qatar and the UAE and Oman amid tension in relations between Tehran and the GCC countries against the backdrop of Iran's position about the unrest in Bahrain
